During your free in-home consultation, we’ll talk with you about your vision, measure and inspect your windows, then help you choose the best products, patterns, and colors that will bring your dreams to reality.

Inside mount or outside mount? Concrete or sheetrock? Measuring can be tricky for many types of window treatments. That’s why our window measurements are precise, guaranteed, and included with your complimentary in-home consultation.
Our staff have 20+ years’ experience and will provide professional measurements to confirm your windows will accommodate the treatments of your choice while reducing the likelihood of light gaps. This ensures a stress-free experience and a beautiful finished product.
Like measuring, installation is best left to the professionals. Let our trained and certified installers with over 20 years of experience do the work for you. Metro Blinds installers are licensed and bonded, and every installation comes with a 1-year service warranty in addition to the manufacturer warranty (manufacturer warranties may vary).

Metro Blinds 1-Year Service Warranty
Our 1-year service warranty applies to all products purchased and installed by Metro Blinds and begins the day of initial installation. If there are any manufacturer defects or installation defects, we’ll come inspect and repair your window treatment at no charge. If the repair cannot be conducted on-site, we’ll remove the treatment and repair it in our factory or send the product back to the manufacturer for repair. Metro Blinds will cover any shipping fees associated with manufacturer repair and we’ll even reinstall product at no charge.
In addition to the Metro Blinds 1-year service warranty, most of our manufacturers provide product warranties. For more information regarding your warranty, or if you’d like a copy of your warranty, please call us at 239-939-5388.
Lifetime Warranty on Vertical Blind Tracks
Metro Blinds is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all vertical blind tracks manufactured in our factory in Fort Myers, FL. This warranty applies to the original owner of the tracks and will be void if obvious misuse or negligence is visible.
Products Older than 1 Year
Products no longer covered by the Metro Blinds 1-year service warranty may still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. You may bring the window treatment to our showroom for a free inspection or schedule an in-home inspection/repair appointment for an additional service charge. Shipping charges may apply for manufacturer repair on products outside the 1-year service warranty.
Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your window treatments, please call us at 239-939-5388. With a copy of your original contract ready for reference, simply describe the issue and the room or window affected and we’ll determine the best way to repair your window treatment.
Many broken window treatments are actually reparable. If the product was purchased from and installed by Metro Blinds, please contact us to determine which repair service is right for you. For accurate repair info, please have your original sales receipt/invoice, or the name of the manufacturer, for reference.
We offer free in-home repair service for all products purchased and installed within the past year as part of our 1-year service warranty.
For products still covered by our 1-year service warranty, bring the product and your original sales receipt to our showroom for free in-shop repair service. For products not purchased through Metro Blinds, please call our showroom to determine the best course of action.
For products that cannot be repaired in our facility, they may be shipped to the original manufacturer for repair. Depending on when the product was purchased and installed, service charges or shipping fees may apply. Please see our 1-year service warranty for details.
